Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. For exceptions see Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange or Cancel below.

Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Otherwise you are responsible for the return carriage charges to us.

Returned goods without an RMA number will not be accepted, so please contact us by phone or email to obtain this prior to any return

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your contract with us within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods), as per the guidance set out in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. (DSR). Certain items, see below, cannot be cancelled. These rules only apply to consumer sales, not to business customers.

Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange or Cancel

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange or cancellation on any specially ordered or customised products. As ALL our protective aprons are only made-to-order they will normally fall into this category. This also applies to products that due to their nature e.g. sterile items, are spoiled once opened, or any that may have suffered cross-contamination by opening in a Healthcare environment.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Returns Policy

If goods are shipped to a non-EC country and you refuse to pay any import duty levied against the shipment, resulting in the shipment being returned to us, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration charge of £15.00 (or equivalent currency at current exchange rate), will be charged against your final refund amount.

Delivery of Goods

Please allow up to 30 days for dispatch of customised goods; standard, stocked items will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. A few specialised products may take up to 12 weeks.
